Halloween S.T.E.A.M
This Halloween, the Creativity Shell is blending S.T.E.A.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) with Halloween Fun! Please join us in our Kingwood Makerspace for a special workshop where we will be teaching kids to light up their Halloween costumes with Electroluminescent Wire (EL Wire)!
Children will receive their own EL Wire (One color per student) along with a battery pack that will enable the EL Wire to light up on Halloween Night. Children will receive assistance to sew the EL Wire into their costume and safely secure the battery packs into their costumes.
Students will be required to bring their costumes into this workshop, as we will NOT be making costumes. Registration for this class is also required, as materials will need to be purchased prior to the class.
